If you are serious about your growth, you need to have a conversation with Taylor! She will help you take your goals and break them down into manageable and achievable smaller steps. She guided me through the obstacles that came up and helped me adjust as needed. She is easy to talk to and always had my best interest at heart! I could tell that she really cared about me as an individual and my advancement.
